Want to learn more about me and my work? Here, you’ll find my professional and personal background, key accomplishments, new ideas, and where I'm headed.
I'm an Industrial Engineering & Operations Research student at Berkeley, fascinated by the intersection of systems thinking and human understanding. My work spans operational consulting through Synapse Solutions, community coordination with T.H.R.I.V.E., and design through Tring Designs.
What drives me is finding clarity in chaos and building systems that enable people to thrive. I approach challenges with discipline, lead with enthusiasm, and believe the best solutions come from understanding both the technical precision and the human elements at play.
I'm working toward roles where I can lead interdisciplinary teams and develop initiatives that blend operational excellence with genuine impact -- spaces where systematic thinking and human centered leadership serves meaningful change.

Tring Designs
Why?
Tring Designs began as a way to merge my love for craftsmanship with the principles I’d learned in school, turning discarded silverware into unique, wearable art. What started as a creative project quickly grew into a deeper exploration of engineering and problem-solving. When I couldn’t find the right tools for the job, I built my own, designing a machine to transform old silverware into rings.
Beyond the physical process, Tring Designs became a journey of self-education—learning how to manage costs, track profits, and streamline production. It’s more than just a business; it’s a reflection of my passion for creative engineering and the satisfaction of bringing ideas to life. Tring Designs allows me to explore innovative solutions while crafting something meaningful and tangible

T.H.R.I.V.E.
Why?
T.H.R.I.V.E. was born from my belief that passion, courage, and tenacity are the keys to unlocking potential and creating opportunities. Courage empowers people to take the first step, to try—even when the outcome is uncertain. Confidence helps them keep going, which stems from comfortability in failure, learning from setbacks without being discouraged. I’ve seen how, with these qualities, people can pursue what they love and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Not everyone has the privilege to explore their passions, especially those who face life’s challenges early on. I wanted to create a space where students can feel supported, where they see that success isn’t confined to one path, and where they’re encouraged to embrace their passions with courage, passion, and confidence.
_______________
What T.H.R.I.V.E Does
At its core, T.H.R.I.V.E. creates a supportive community where students are encouraged to challenge themselves, embrace new experiences, and take bold steps toward their goals. It offers mentorship, resources, and programs tailored to help youth navigate their personal and professional journeys with confidence.
Whether through workshops that cultivate leadership skills, events that connect students with their peers, or individualized support that helps them overcome challenges, T.H.R.I.V.E. stands as a foundation of encouragement and empowerment. The mission is simple: to inspire today’s youth to rise above their circumstances, harness their potential, and become changemakers in their communities and beyond

Founder, President.
Restaurant Industry
There's something about restaurant work that makes everything clear. Every decision has immediate consequence -- organization becomes hospitality, efficiency becomes care, anticipation becomes the difference between good service and a guest feeling like they're the only person in the room.
I approach service the way I approach everything: read the room, stay three steps ahead, leave an impression marked by personal connection. I love curating recommendations that feel specific to each guest, noticing what they need before they have to ask, working through the controlled chaos of peak service where stress becomes focus and every detail matters. The best nights are when someone leaves feeling seen -- not just served -- because you gave them everything you had.
Because of my dedication to my job, its pay will allow me to graduate debt free.

REVIVAL BAR AND KITCHEN
Lead Server / 10.31.24 - present / Berkeley, CA.
> California farm-to-table cuisine with seasonally driven menus featuring locally sourced ingredients, fresh seafood, housemade pizzas, and beautiful craft cocktails -- all with an emphasis on sustainable, ethical sourcing.
> I started at Revival as a food runner late 2024, learning every dish down to the smallest garnish -- if something was missing even the tiniest detail, I caught it. By early 2025, I'd earned the opportunity to serve, and within a month was promoted to senior server. A few weeks later, I became Lead Server -- one of only two in the restaurant -- and proved I had the skills to expedite.
Expediting at Revival is unlike anywhere else. It's old school: no screens, no POS system, no help, just you, the kitchen, and a bell to call your runners. One ticket prints for Expo, and the entire kitchen relies on you to call the sequence -- what fires when and with what, how many total, what modifications go where, how to orchestrate 100+ tickets moving at once. The trust placed in Expo is absolute. They don't let just anyone stand there, and there's a reason why. It's the most difficult, high-pressure position in the restaurant, and mastering it means you've proven you can hold the line when everything's happening at once.
Revival operates on a competitive standard -- servers who don't maintain high sales and guest satisfaction don't last. As the youngest on the team, I hold my own by consistently managing the largest sections (15 tables or 50 guests), running private parties solo, and maintaining the highest tip average and sales per cover. Weekend nights mean quadruple or more seating the entire shift -- controlled chaos where organization, anticipation, and focus determine whether you sink or thrive. I've learned to excel in exactly that environment, proving myself not through seniority but through results that speak for themselves every shift.
TRATTORIA ULIVETO
Busser, Host / 8.01.23 - 6.01.24 / Santa Maria, CA.
>Authentic Italian fine dining restaurant in Santa Maria led by Calabrian-born Alfonso Cutir, featuring traditional Italian dishes made from scratch -- house-made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta dishes like ravioli and gnocchi, grilled meats, and original desserts -- paired with an extensive wine list of local Santa Maria Valley wines and seasonal craft cocktails.
>This is where I fell in love with hospitality. Too young to serve at the time, I worked as a busser, but guests didn't seem to care about the title -- they'd ask to sit in my section anyway. The guests, a comical number of times, always said I looked like Leif Garrett, and I learned that great service isn't about what's written on your badge, it's about how you make people feel. I built relationships with regulars that outlasted my time there -- some have even come to visit me in Berkeley, 5 hours away!
HOBBIES
I get restless if I'm not making something. Right now that means turning vintage silverware into rings, finding a reason to use wood for a solution to small inconcviences, or experimenting with custom terrariums. I shoot a 65lb compound bow because there's something satisfying about the focus required -- everything else disappears for those few seconds. Ping pong brings out my competitive side in ways that surprise people; I love the speed of it, reading my opponent's next move before they make it -- which surpassingly burns a lot of calories. I'm always hunting for the best coffee shops in Berkeley, carrying my camera to catch moments that feel alive, or hiking foggy trails when I need to think clearly. And I love to read (when I have the time) -- mostly psychological thrillers or anything that tickles my brain.
INTERESTS
I'm endlessly curious about people. Not in a clinical way, but genuinely -- what drives their decisions, how patterns emerge in behavior that most people miss; I see patterns everywhere and I've realized that with a good enough understanding of someone, everything becomes predictable. That curiosity probably comes from growing up having to read rooms for survival, but now it's just how I see the world. I love when technical problems intersect with human ones, when you need both logic and empathy to find the right answer. Give me a complex system to untangle or a challenge that requires understanding both the data and the people behind it, and I'm fully engaged.
GOALS
I want to lead teams doing work that actually matters -- not optimizing spreadsheets for the sake of efficiency, but building systems that enable people to thrive. I'm still exploring which industries resonate most, but roles like Business Operations Analyst really appeal to me once I graduate. I know it involves coordinating complex moving parts while never losing sight of the humans at the center. Long-term, I hope to earn my MBA and work toward a position like COO -- being the person who helps organizations see possibilities they didn't know existed and builds the teams to make them real. But right now I'm focused on finding opportunities that challenge me to grow and learning from people who are excellent at what they do, all while studying at one of the best universities in the world.
