While most of my client work is private, each project solves real challenges with structure, automation, and thoughtful design. Some projects may fall under more than one category of design intention.

> BRUNOS HEALTH INSURANCE DATABASE / INCOME TRACKER
Due to the sensitivity of the data, some data and features must be removed.
Built for a health insurance provider, this system turns dozens of scattered spreadsheets into one intuitive, automated hub. It tracks client plans, birthdays, dependents, policy expirations, provider info, referral sources, and more -- surfacing exactly what matters, when it matters. Automatic email reminders go out to both the provider and the clients, birthdays sync with Google Calendar, and upcoming renewals prompt action without a second thought.
__________
=FILTER(INDEX(S:AH, (Dashboard!AE8-1)*38 + 1, 1):INDEX(S:AH, Dashboard!AE8*38, COLUMNS(S:AH)),INDEX(S:S, (Dashboard!AE8-1)*38 + 1,1):INDEX(S:S, Dashboard!AE8*38, 1) <> "")
A formula I designed as an elegant pagination solution using INDEX-FILTER combinations that partitions datasets into fixed-size pages, enabling intuitive navigation through thousands of records without performance degradation or cluttered interfaces.
For independent insurance brokers managing income across dozens of providers, tracking cash flow becomes exponentially complex -- small commissions arrive sporadically while major renewals hit quarterly, creating a chaotic financial landscape. This turns all revenue streams into a single, comprehensive view that updates automatically as new checks arrive throughout the year.
__________
It contains an elegant formula I'm quite proud of:
=IFNA(BYROW($B$5:$B, LAMBDA(provider,IF(provider="", "", MAP(C$2:N$2, LAMBDA(month_date,SUM(FILTER($S$5:$S, ($R$5:$R=provider),(MONTH($Q$5:$Q)=MONTH(month_date)),(YEAR($Q$5:$Q)=YEAR(month_date))))))))),"")
The tracker's engine is a nested LAMBDA function that dynamically filters and sums income by provider and month eliminating manual updates entirely. Using BYROW and MAP, it applies functions to each transactions in real-time, matching provider names with specific month-year combinations to populate a 12-month, 2d dashboard. One formula, generating the entire table requireing no maintence as new data flows in.

> WAGE & HOUR TRACKING SPREADSHEET [TEMPLATE]
Whether you're in food service, retail, or any job with shifting hours, this wage tracker gives you a clear view of what you’ve earned -- before payday. Just log your hours and watch as it blocks out your calendar, calculates real-time earnings, tracks pay periods, and tallies your YTD totals automatically. Originally built while working restaurant shifts with fluctuating pay, it’s perfect for anyone who wants more clarity, less guesswork, and a smarter way to manage their income.
This was one of the first truly complex tools I ever built -- and after four years of refining it, I still use it every week. Originally made to track my ever-changing restaurant hours, it’s displayed some interesting and surprising logic puzzles. I've been able to include layered conditional formatting, and custom Apps Script features, leading to one of my msot usefuls builds.

> RATING SPREADSHEET [TEMPALTE]
This flexible scoring system helps you rank coffee shops, restaurants, libraries (or anything else) based on what actually matters to you. Customize your criteria, assign weights, and let the spreadsheet handle the math. Track top picks, jot down notes, and compare spots with clarity. Fun to use, surprisingly powerful -- and totally personal to how you explore.

Your top picks -- clearly ranked, all in one place
I originally built this to rate every coffee shop in Berkeley -- and yes, I’ve tried nearly all of them. My friends kept asking for their own, so I turned it into a template. Now it’s our go-to tool for picking the perfect study spot.
